Our Frederick Street apartments are starting to take shape!
So far, we have undertaken 6 separate concrete pours and 100m3 of concrete per floor. The team on site are now preparing for the level 3 slab pour, only 9 more levels to go…
Next up is the carpentry work, commencing in May followed closely by the start of installation of building services.
We are so proud to be part of this public housing project, funded by Kirva Trust, that will see the creation of 75 new fit-for-purpose apartments for tenants who require various levels additional support.
Kirva Trust have partnered with local support providers, to ensure that every tenant has access to the support and care that they need.
We are also really excited about the evolving plans to restore the Chinese Mission Hall. Built in 1925, it is one the few remaining buildings associated with the early Chinese settlement in Wellington!
This unique project is targeting a completion in mid-2023.
