Our client, who own the surrounding laneway and tower, engaged McKee Fehl to seismically strengthen the building to 100% NBS. We also installed brand new services and two separate fitouts, with the ground floor tailored for a hospitality vendor, and the upstairs a modern, open plan office space. This Building is proudly owned by Cheops Holdings.
