76 Willis Street, built in 1890, sits right in the heart of the central Willis Street Golden mile and was originally home to Wellingtons first supermarket!
Our client, who own the surrounding laneway and tower, engaged McKee Fehl to seismically strengthen the building to 100% NBS. We also installed brand new services and two separate fitouts, with the ground floor tailored for a hospitality vendor, and the upstairs a modern, open plan office space.
