As one of the largest sites for public housing development in the country, McKee Fehl was engaged for Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) for the main project build and the Civils enabling phase for Arlington Apartments.
The Arlington site is located between Hankey, Hopper and Arlington Streets in Mount Cook and covers 1.77 hectares.
The development would have included a mix of homes, ranging from one-bedroom units for singles and couples, through to large family homes.
As an innovative and sustainable method of construction, the project team utilize design options, with offsite prefabricated timber, as seen at our recent Mary Potter Apartments Project.
