McKee Fehl Constructors are proud to be the design and build partner for this social housing development by Kirva Trust. This is a not for profit project and will create 75 new homes for people in need. This will have significant immediate and long-term public benefit by providing accommodation and support services for Wellington's most in need. It is intended to provide permanent accommodation and wrap around support for the homeless, financially disadvantaged, those with physical disabilities and autism.
This project is scheduled to be complete by July 2023.
